This is a card that I was asked to make for Zoe Ball's 40th birthday I was asked if I could make a black and gold 1920's themed card and this is what I came up with, I hope she likes it!!!!! Hi hope everyone is well, here is a card that I made using my Stamp It Up set, nothing very special but I'm not very good at making men's cards so I'm quite pleased with the way it's turned out.

Sorry the picture is a bit on the dark side I took it late the other night. I love this stamp it's a Stamping Bella one, I can't remember where I got the paper from it was left over from last year.
I'm taking the kids out for a walk in the woods later, let them run off some energy and I'm hoping to get some nice pictures of all the Autumn  trees, fingers crossed the weather stays ok.

Can't believe that half term has nearly gone, we went to see my brother who lives in the new forest so that's why I've not been about, it was really nice and we were quite lucky with the weather up until Tuesday. Yeah first day to myself for a while and hoping I might get some bits done!!! This is a card I made a while ago, but found the picture yesterday when I was trying to sort photos out on the computer. The stamp is Magnolia and the papers I used I think I got free with a magazine a while ago, the flowers are from Wild Orchids Crafts. Off  to get some housework done so I can settle down to some card making.

It's been a while, I have been busy making cards for 5 different birthdays for the weekend just gone, and the gutting thing is I forgot to take pictures of any of them.
I did have chance to make this card I love this image so much it's from LOTV I added some flowers and some old paper that I found.

Here is a quick and easy Xmas card I made after going to The Glitter Pots demo day a couple of weeks ago. I might add a bit more bling to it, not quite sure yet.
Been working the last couple of days so I've not had much chance to get anything done, but I have really enjoyed working with the year 2 children so far!!!

I made this card a while ago looking at it now I think it looks quite plain, I do love the Pink Gem image it's so sweet.
I'm really pleased that my little baby is better and back at school, she is pleased to, it's so nice having a little girl that enjoys school so much.

Xmas Card

Here is a little card that I made using some papers left over from last year and a 99p stamp that I got from The Glitter Pot last year, I love this stamp and think it's going to come in very handy again this year.
My little baby (she's 5) is off sick again today she has a really bad cough, but she's letting me get a few bits and pieces done.

Quick card

My daughter came home from school yesterday and asked me for a birthday card for one of her friends, so I  had a hunt around for a image for a older girl (she's just turned 12) and this is what I found. This is Winnie I got her from Digistamp Boutique, it's so nice to have something for an older girl.
I really enjoyed my first day at school yesterday I was working with year 2 they are a really sweet class, I was going to go in again today my my youngest daughter woke up with a high temperature and cough, hopefully won't last to long.

I had a bit of a play with some boys cards last night, I'm not very good at doing male cards, I just want to add some flowers and gems etc... on them, but not sure any of the boys would be very pleased with that.
Not up to much today might try to have a play and get some more christmas cards done as I'm starting back at  school tomorrow, hopefully to do my TA training.

Over at Valentines monthly challenge ( see the above link)  I had to make a card using yellow black and turquoise, here is what I came up with, the stamps are from stampin up the paper and ribbon was from The Glitter Pot and the flower was from Wild Orchid Crafts.
This mornings school run was quite good fun today, just as we left the house it started raining a little bit, by the time we got to school it was raining cats and dogs!!! I had to get completely changed when I got home. Now about to head off to do some shopping and when I get back I'm hoping I will  have chance to play with some christmas stuff!!!

I had a really good day yesterday I went to The Glitter Pot because they had a Demo on and it has given me a few ideas to think about for Christmas cards this year. I made this card a while ago and have just found the image so I thought I would show it to you It was all made with scrap bits of paper and extra bits from Craftwork Cards and no stamp in sight.

Another digi stamp I think she is so sweet I coloured her with pencils and layered her up on scrap bits of paper. I'm in the middle of making up a magnetic book for all my different nestabilities , they always seem to get put at the bottom of a box and I forget about them, I'll try to remember to take a picture of it tomorrow if I get it finished.

This is my first go at making this shape card, was quite pleased with it, think I will need to have a bit more of a play cause I think there is sooo much more I can do with it with a little more effort.

Here are the invites that I have made for my friends Mum, all she told me was she wanted black white and purple as the theme. I got all the the paper from The Glitter Pot the butter fly was an Cuttlebug die that I had got to make the invites for my brothers wedding earlier in the year. I hope she likes them.

At last here is the Christmas card that I said I would make last week. I have been quite busy I forgot that a friend had asked me to make her some invites for her mum's 60th birthday, I have just about finished them now so I may be able to show you them tomorrow. I'm not sure if I like this card very much, I don't think the colour of the flowers go with the rest of the card.

My oldest daughter has been doing some jobs over the last couple of days to earn some money because she wants to go shopping with her cousin today, she's never been that bothered with shopping before so it's so sweet to see her getting so excited. I thought I would have a go at making a card without using any stamps and I just about did it other than the text stamp, I'm quite pleased with this card I like the colours. If I get chance today I might have a go at making a Christmas card, been blog hopping and everyone seems to have started and it's got me all christmasey. I got as far as cutting out a new stamp that I ordered ages ago from The Pink Cat Studio so it may have to be inked today.

Another day and I've got 2 cards today, I know the image is the same, but I wanted to have a go at doing it in a color i would not normally use Yellow, I'm quite pleased with them both. The stamp is from Pink Gem Designs again, the flowers on the yellow card are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the papers etc... are from my stash. I think today we might head to the library and then see if I can get the kids crafting!!!

I know two post in two days, I'm doing well. My friend took the kids to see Toy Story yesterday so I managed to get some cards made. In this one I used a stamp from Pink Gem Designs again, both the monster and writing was from there and I think the rest of it came from The Glitter Pot. Hoping to have another play today as the weather is so rubbish.

I've been having a little play with some cards for boys here is one of them the stamp is from Pink Gem Designs and I found the backing paper and my local craft shop. I'm quite pleased with this card, but I do think I can do better. I've not got much planned this week so I'm hoping to get a few cards made, watch this space!!!

I made this scrapbook page quite a while ago, but I'm just been reminded about it because I've just booked tickets to go and see Tim Minchin again, I love him,he is very funny, not to every ones taste but we're all different. I've made these little notebooks for my daughters friends, she is leaving her school on Friday and starting a new one in September which is closer to home, I'm quite upset about it but hopefully things will work out ok. I know the notebooks are nothing special but I'm sure they won't last to long with 5 year olds.

This is a Tilda image that I love I've put her sitting on top of a watering can. The paper that I have used was free with a magazine, which is always a bonus and the flowers are from The Glitter pot. Not sure who I'm going to send this to yet, but I'm sure it won't take long to use it. I was hoping to get some of the scrapbook done that I was planning to make for my sister as a wedding gift, but I have my youngest off school today with a temperature.
